The Center communicates, at no cost to our members from government agencies and universities, information about the following:

• Progress of compliance of agencies with various government management reform initiatives, especially the President’s Management Agenda initiatives (PMA); Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA); the Information Technology Management Reform Act (Clinger-Cohen Act); Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA); and OMB Circular A-130 on the management of federal information resources;
  
  
• Better practices and lessons learned by agencies in improving their performance and results through strategic planning, performance measurement and planning, Government Enterprise Assessment (Performance Management Maturity Model – PMMM and Strategic Center of Results Excellence – SCORE process), Performance Rating Assessment Tool (PART) evaluations, financial management, performance reports, integration management, and accountability reports within a secure environment;
  
  
• Top priority management issues (e.g., data verification/validation procedures, crosscutting programs, critical infrastructure protection) as stated by the U.S. Congress; and
  
  
• Primary research on selected topics related to the PMA, PART, GPRA and Clinger-Cohen Act.
