ALERT #09-13 is a final list of various publications related to the PMA, GPRA, or Clinger-Cohen Act issued from 1 through 28 February 2009 that might interest you.  You can use it as a checklist of URLs in case you missed any of the documents.  This list below compiled for February-dated publications is deemed final for our purpose. We allow at least 30 days after the close of a monthly period to publish a Final list since many GAO and OMB publications are actually released later than the publication date shown on covers.
